Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 August 2026 · plain-language v1
Using Alluvia means you agree to these terms. Alluvia Cloud is in early access — it's provided as-is and will change. You own your data; we don't train on it; you can leave and take it with you.
The service
Alluvia is two things: the open-source CLI, licensed under the MIT license (that license governs your use of the CLI), and Alluvia Cloud, a hosted team layer currently offered in early access.
Early access
Cloud is pre-general-availability. It is provided "as is," may change, and may have downtime; there is no service-level guarantee during early access. Founding teams may use it free during this period; we'll give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans.
Your account & acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure and don't share access outside your team. Don't use Alluvia for anything unlawful or abusive, and don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or misuse the service or other teams' data.
Your data
You own your content and your team's memory. You grant Alluvia only the limited license needed to store and process that data to operate the service for you. You can export or delete it at any time (see the Privacy page). We do not use your data to train any model.
Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alluvia is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (which, during free early access, is zero). Alluvia is a tool to assist your team's work, not a substitute for your own judgment.
Termination
You can stop using Alluvia at any time and delete your team. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or to comply with the law, and we'll act reasonably in doing so.
Changes, governing law & contact
This is a plain-language v1 for an early-access product; we'll formalize it — including the operating entity and governing jurisdiction — before general availability, and note material changes here. Questions: hello@alluvia.dev.
